Mrs. Abigail Abandoh-Sam

Prior to her appointment as the Director for Monitoring and Evaluation at MiDA, Mrs. Abigail Abandoh-Sam was the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA)-Ghana, where she had worked in various capacities since 1990.Mrs. Abandoh-Sam holds a general Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Economics and Education from University of Cape Coast and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with Development Studies as an option from the Andrews University, USA.She has over fifteen years extensive experience and skills in Research, Program Planning, Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation in rural Food Security Program including various components of Development Practices such as Strategic Planning, Proposal writing, Food Security Project Implementation and Project Supervision and Monitoring.A seasoned educationist, Mrs. Abandoh-Sam has excellent training skills and has been involved in numerous programs as a trainer and trainer of trainers. She has also been a key personnel in developing proposals including those on education and food security.
